About this Role

We are seeking an Order to Cash Lead to oversee end-to-end accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash application, accounting, reconciliations and controls. The role is based in Pune and focuses on delivering accurate, timely finance operations while driving continuous improvement, compliance, stakeholder collaboration and service excellence across global finance operations.

What you’ll do

Lead daily Order to Cash and accounts receivable operations, ensuring activities such as invoicing, collections, cash application, accounting, reconciliations and controls are completed accurately and on time.
Work in line with defined operating procedures, policies, SOX, compliance requirements and business partner service level agreements.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners, local markets, Finance Operations teams and Finance Business Partners to support sustainable improvements and consistent service delivery
Lead and support a team involved in world-class transactional processing and business partner excellence.
Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying development needs, analysing performance trends and supporting practical changes that improve quality, controls and operational efficiency.
Support month-end, half-year and year-end finance activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and issue resolution
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support proactive issue resolution to improve customer and business partner experience
Maintain a strong governance and control environment through adherence to Group policies, audit requirements and key control expectations.

Who you are

You have strong experience in Order to Cash, accounts receivable management and finance operations.
You bring sound knowledge of invoicing, collections, cash application, accounting, reconciliations, controls and compliance requirements.
You are confident working with global stakeholders, Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
You have experience leading teams and supporting capability development, performance management and operational delivery.
You demonstrate clear communication, stakeholder management, governance, problem-solving and process performance analysis skills.
You have working experience with SAP and shared services operations.
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
You have significant experience in Order to Cash or accounts receivable management.
Knowledge of Agile methodology would be an advantage.
