We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

About this Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive capability development for the Germany market by identifying learning needs, designing impactful learning solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will support multiple business verticals, manage training partners, and ensure a seamless learner experience across the organisation.

What you will do

  • Identify learning and capability development needs for internal teams supporting the Germany market.
  • Develop and maintain training concepts and learning solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Manage training providers, including briefing them on requirements and ensuring timely development and approval of training content.
  • Promote and communicate the training portfolio to internal employees.
  • Facilitate short learning sessions where required.Support colleagues within the L&D function to ensure a cohesive learner journey.
  • Provide coaching and learning advisory support to employees and line managers.
  • Support HR Business Partners with L&D insights and initiatives.
  • Oversee planning and coordination of training delivery, including intern and working student support.
  • Engage with Group stakeholders and other operating companies to ensure alignment on learning initiatives.
  • Conduct budgeting, resource planning, and effective supplier management.

Who you are

  • Hold a Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Pedagogy, or related fields.
  • Bring 10–12 years of experience in Learning & Development within large organisations.
  • Demonstrate strong consulting, conceptual, and project management capabilities.
  • Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including global teams.
  • Possess experience in managing training agencies and complex learning programmes.
  • Have a good understanding of HR processes such as L&D, didactics, performance management, and engagement.
  • Are fluent in English; knowledge of German (B2 level) is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of LMS systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
