We're looking for a Manager to join our growing Financial Services Learning team and help clients develop the skills, capabilities and behaviours needed for the future.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transformation programmes, shape enterprise learning strategies, and design impactful learning solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
As a Manager within People Consulting, you'll lead and contribute to complex client engagements, build trusted client relationships and support the growth of our practice.
You will:
- Lead projects/teams across a range of financial services transformation and capability development programmes.
- Design and deliver innovative learning and capability solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across client organisations.
- Lead business development activities, including proposal and proposition development, and client pursuits.
- Oversee engagement delivery, operations and risk management activities.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
- Support wider People Consulting initiatives through knowledge sharing, proposition development and practice growth activities.
With a specific focus on Learning & Development, you will:
- Design learning programmes (across all modalities), strategies, capability frameworks, curricula and learning journeys that address current and future workforce needs.
- Develop and implement learning strategies, including learning technology solutions.
- Create impactful learning experiences across digital and non-digital formats.
- Drive behavioural change and organisational performance through learning initiatives and analytics.
- Lead complex learning projects involving cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
- Develop EY's learning offerings across topics including Risk, Regulation and Sustainability.
- Bring industry insight and innovation to create market-leading solutions for clients.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and behavioural change principles.
- Consulting experience gained within professional services, consultancy, or large-scale in-house transformation environments.
- Financial services experience across banking, insurance, and/or wealth and asset management.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions (in all modalities – in person, digital and virtual) from analysis through to deployment and train-the-trainer activities.
- Experience managing learning vendors and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate learning strategy into practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience producing high-quality reports, presentations and analysis.
- Experience designing learning across a variety of formats.
