Drive the Future of Marketing Technology

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Product Owner to join our Base Growth Tribe with a focus on Marketing Technology (MarTech) initiatives. If you are passionate about connecting technology, data and marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and business growth, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and delivery of MarTech innovations that elevate customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
  • Own the full innovation lifecycle — from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery and continuous optimization.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate advanced technologies into marketing processes — including automation, personalization and data-driven analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, data, IT and external partners to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest MarTech trends, platforms, and best practices to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and manage delivery using agile methodologies.
  • Align initiatives with internal stakeholders to ensure MarTech capabilities support broader business and brand objectives.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within marketing, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
  • Solid understanding of marketing processes and enabling technologies — CRM, CDP, campaign management, and analytics tools are a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinking combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Czech (both written and spoken).

  • We currently work in a roughly 3 days from home, 2 days in the office mode,
