Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Product Manager to lead the internal adoption and strategic development of SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) across key business functions, including Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Post-Sales. This role is responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP CDP, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms, customer profiling, and advanced data analysis, with a proven ability to foster adoption and maximize impact across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

CDP Vision, Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and evolve the vision and strategy for SAP CDP adoption across Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Post-Sales functions.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive business outcomes and user engagement.
  • Align platform capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration into business processes.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Adoption

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive internal adoption of SAP CDP, collaborating with stakeholders from multiple departments.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product features, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of customer-centricity through effective use of CDP insights.

Customer Profiling & Data Analysis

  • Oversee the design and implementation of customer profiling strategies, leveraging SAP CDP to create unified customer views.
  • Establish KPIs and governance models to measure platform adoption, data quality, and business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business and IT teams.
  • Lead foundational initiatives to improve customer data quality and platform scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer profiling, and data-driven product management.
  • Strong background in data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving platform adoption in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP CDP or similar enterprise data platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without authority.
