For the role of Personal Assistan we are looking for a highly organised and forward-thinking Personal Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Head of Managed Services Operations and the wider team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operation. Your ability to work independently, combined with confidence and professionalism, will be essential in this role.
The responsibilities include:
- Manage HO diary, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely responses to meeting requests.
- Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel for team members, including flights and accommodation; prepare detailed itineraries, manage travel approvals. Submitt accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
- Organise and supporte events such as All Hands meetings and other team activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the HO and internal/external stakeholders, facililiting effective communication.
- Budget Oversight and Administrative Management. Tracking monthly budget and maintain team administration (org chart, All Hands presentations, people plan follow up), ensuring compliance with Vodafone internal policies and procedures.
What you bring
Qualifications and certifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Proactive mindset, confident in taking ownership and anticipating needs.
- Ethical integrity, good at teamwork, responsible and highly motivated.
- Detail-oriented with proven capability to coordinate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures, demonstrating cultural awareness.

- Solutions-focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
