Your day to Day

You will join our growing Business Engagement team, who interface between the Commercial and Network teams to shape and deliver new and innovative products and services, utilising the very latest Network technologies.

Experienced in a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques, your focus will be to:

You will effectively capture, document and manage business needs (including shaping and scoping ideas, aligning to business strategy and business goals, eliciting business requirements, and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle).

You will work closely with a range of senior stakeholders from both the business and technical teams, to ensure that we deliver simply brilliant products and services to our customers.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business

•You will lead and drive the analysis and requirements process on projects/programmes, providing insight into required changes, developing initial project concepts, challenging assumptions, prioritising business needs, and ensuring the customer remains at the heart of all activities.

•You will understand and shape scope of the project and the business driver behind change.

•You will use appropriate business analysis tools and techniques to elicit, document and communicate the Business Requirements effectively.

•You will assess the impact of proposed changes and provide an impact assessment to the project scope and deliverables.

•You will build and maintain open communication both internally within the team, and externally with project stakeholders, customers, suppliers and peers.

•You will ensure that key stakeholders understand the value of the business analysis activities and how they fit into the project delivery lifecycle.

•You will define and shape business requirements, including the creation of Business Requirement Specifications and maintaining a Business Requirements Backlog.

•You will maintain project activities within allocated timescales.

•End-to-End Traceability and Traceability Compliance Reports.
