Our Business Analysis function is the crucial bridge between business and technology, tasked with translating complex regulatory requirements into tangible business and technical solutions. What you’ll be doing:

• Strategic Problem Solving: Define, scope, and investigate business problems and opportunities, ensuring alignment with Atom’s strategic pillars.
• End-to-End Change Ownership: Lead the entire project lifecycle, from rigorous requirements gathering and process definition to full end-to-end traceability and implementation.
• Regulatory Translation: Crucially, you’ll interpret and transform complex financial regulatory standards (e.g., Basel II/III, IRB) into clear business and technical change requirements.
• Solution Design & Governance: Work closely with architecture to validate solution designs, facilitate process design, and ensure adherence to robust standards, policies, and frameworks.
• Agile Delivery: Drive decision-making within an Agile environment, contributing to the feature backlog and supporting efficient planning.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the banking sector.
• Strong practical knowledge of financial regulatory standards, including Basel II/III and IRB.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
• A highly analytical, critical thinker, and natural problem-solver.
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis tools and best practices.
• Exposure to data analysis, data management, data modelling, and data visualisation, including SQL and Tableau.
