What you’ll do

• Lead ""gaming"" focused marketing plans that requires range of skills from market and customer research, shaping and strategizing marketing positioning around customers’ business drivers, and enabling best-in-class customer experience in all touchpoints.
• Track & optimize campaign performance (inline with commercial success KPIs) in each step to understand best performing project layers and opportunities for new customer acquisition.
• Manage gaming campaigns to reach targeted gamer/potential customer groups in order to build awareness through all paid & owned channel (Vodafone Yanımda app + web) ownership.
• Brief & lead 360 go to market strategies for gaming ecosystem covering communication & execution & activation plans, by working with Brand Strategy & Media, Event & Sponsorship, Digital Services, Loyalty, Insights, Trade Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.
• Seek opportunities in the gaming market through deepdive data analysis, competition & marketing communication benchmarks, extensive gaming market & trend research to generate actionable insights
• Perform strong presentation and demonstration ability to influence key stakeholders & external partners. Build & manage strategic partnerships with gaming publishers/studios/platforms.
• Identify possible traditional and digital media channels & platforms for integrated marketing communication campaigns to maximize visibility.
• Manage & scale gaming influencer ecosystem, ensure allignment with commercial objectives to drive growth.
• Support campaign executions for Vodafone FreeZone, youth segment.

Who you are

• BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
• Strong interest in gaming culture is a big plus including: e-sports and digital entertainment ecosystems; follows gaming trends, platforms and communities closely
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, partnerships and campaign execution
• Has strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities and comfortable working with excel.
• Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members, stakeholders and partners
• Result oriented and delivery-focused
• Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field, able to prioritize & multi-tasking and good at handling ambiguity.
• Knowledge and experience of agile working model and/or ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
