Job Description
Location: Location independent + *Hybrid working 1 day per week from one of our office locations + 1 day per week in the field visiting customers + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
You'll be managing a group of 100-150 low-spending Enterprise customers. Your main goal will be to find new revenue opportunities within these high-potential organizations, bringing in business that's not currently with Vodafone and securing this revenue away from their current providers. You'll play a key role in driving growth for the Enterprise business and will work with customers on digital transformation and potentially complex multi-product bids.
- Be proactive in generating new business, both on your own and by working with others, to hit our sales targets. Make sure you're engaging with customers and building a strong pipeline to meet your goals
- Work closely with our field-based BDS/BDM teams to tackle bigger opportunities together
- Manage your time wisely and invest your hours per customer effectively to cover the market and convert leads. Learn from working with field teams on different opportunities
- Keep our customers happy by building strong relationships with internal Vodafone support teams and service operations. This will help you create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and retain existing customer revenues
- Even though this is a desk-based role, you'll need to engage with customers through multiple channels
- Hit your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets specific to the Pursuit BDE role
Who you are
- We're looking for someone eager to lay the groundwork for a successful B2B sales career. While some sales experience is a plus, it's not a must-have.
- You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth in the sales field
- You should have a proven track record of working well within a team and understanding how collaboration can help achieve goals
- It's important to recognize that the quality and timeliness of your work will impact the team's overall effectiveness
