About this Role

We are seeking an HR Functional Lead to play a pivotal part in driving the VOIS EVO Delivery transformation agenda. This role ensures alignment between strategic objectives and execution while enabling world‑class delivery of HR solutions across Group, VOIS, and Local Markets. The position involves leading strategic initiatives, creating value-driven roadmaps, supporting Agile and SAFe governance, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable business benefits.

What you will do

  • Support delivery of all initiatives—from identification through closure—across strategy development, M&A, divestitures, and company code changes.
  • Maintain visibility of enhancements and operational challenges impacting HR processes and business performance.
  • Apply the most effective delivery frameworks across Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and SAFe models.
  • Influence key initiatives by developing transformation strategies, designing operating models, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Promote an Agile mindset while integrating Lean Portfolio Management principles.
  • Provide oversight to LPM teams, ensuring continuous improvement of portfolio-level practices.
  • Ensure complete transformation documentation, including D03, D07, and other required artifacts.
  • Collect market requirements to drive standardisation and minimise deviation from global templates.
  • Ensure privacy-by-design within all process and solution implementations.
  • Lead by example to foster pace, energy, and collaboration within the team.
  • Govern EPIC artefacts and participate in SAFe portfolio-level governance.
  • Assess and report delivery health with objectivity and accuracy.
  • Build and review business cases, link benefits to investment requests, and support value-based decision-making.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and interdependencies while coordinating mitigation with relevant stakeholders.

Who you are

  • A collaborative people leader with experience guiding multiple teams across complex environments.
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and turning complexity into actionable deliverables.
  • An analytical thinker with a strong process and design mindset.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable to global stakeholder groups.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies, Lean governance, and digital transformation programmes.
  • Equipped with 10+ years of business process/technology transformation experience.
  • Experienced with HR functional areas (minimum 5 years) and solution/product development (5+ years).
  • Knowledgeable in functional architecture, ERP/Cloud systems, and solution ownership.
  • Qualified with relevant certifications such as HR Specialist, HR Management, Process Management, HR Technology, SAFe Agilist, and SAFe LPM.
