About this Role

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support large-scale transformation initiatives across VOIS. This role focuses on executing structured change interventions that enable successful programme delivery in a complex, global environment. The position involves translating strategic plans into practical actions, supporting teams through transition, and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and adoption of change

What you’ll do

  • Execute change management strategies aligned to transformation programmes
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
  • Deliver change interventions such as communication, training, and coaching sessions
  • Maintain key change artefacts including stakeholder maps, communication plans, and training materials
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to drive team-level adoption
  • Track, monitor, and report on change adoption metrics for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with programme stakeholders to coordinate change activities
  • Identify and escalate risks, resistance, and dependencies related to change initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of change activities with programme milestones and timelines
  • Support local market teams in executing change plans and gathering insights
  • Partner with HR and Communications to deliver clear and consistent messaging
  • Contribute to leadership-level updates and ensure alignment with organisational communication standards

Who you are

  • Experienced in change management within transformation programmes
  • Familiar with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Skilled in communication, coaching, and facilitation across diverse teams
  • Able to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledgeable in change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning
  • Experienced in supporting behavioural change and readiness assessments
  • Familiar with training and coaching techniques to drive adoption
  • Capable of tracking change effectiveness and managing resistance strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Relevant certifications in Change Management, Agile, or Project Management are advantageous
