About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Consultant to drive strategic transformation initiatives across VOIS by acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leading a portfolio of consulting engagements. This role offers the opportunity to shape transformation priorities, define value-driven roadmaps, deliver measurable business outcomes, and lead a team of consultants. The successful candidate will combine consulting expertise, commercial awareness, operational excellence knowledge, and AI capabilities to create sustainable business impact while contributing to the growth of the consulting practice and future talent development.

What you’ll do

• Lead a portfolio of strategic consulting engagements, aligning demand, priorities, and resources with VOIS and Vodafone business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess business challenges, identify transformation opportunities, and develop value-driven strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive engagement quality, value realisation, and executive decision-making through robust analysis, governance, risk management, and outcome-focused recommendations.
• Enable successful transformation delivery by collaborating with programme and project teams to reduce execution risk, accelerate adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consulting team through effective performance management, capability building, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Strengthen consulting excellence through standardised methodologies, reusable assets, thought leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities to transform business processes, operating models, customer experiences, and ways of working.
• Drive commercial effectiveness through business case development, opportunity identification, engagement scoping, resource planning, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Represent the Consulting Practice as a trusted advisor, influencing senior stakeholders and helping shape the future direction of transformation across VOIS.

Who you are

Experience & Expertise

• 12+ years' experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Business Change, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
• Experience advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions within complex global organisations.
• Demonstrated success managing consulting portfolios, leading teams, and developing consulting talent.

• Strong communication, storytelling, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Tools

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ABPMP CBPP, SAFe Agilist, Prosci®, PMP, Prince2®, or equivalent professional certifications.
• Experience with process intelligence and automation platforms such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, and RPA technologies.
• Knowledge of analytics and visualisation tools, including Power BI.
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications within transformation, process redesign, and business operations.
• Demonstrated learning agility, systems thinking, and a passion for building future-ready capabilities.
