About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the people agenda across the Technology and Commercial functions. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical people plans within a complex, global organisation undergoing large-scale transformation.Supporting a workforce of approximately 2,500 colleagues, primarily across the UK, India, Egypt, Germany and Hungary, you will work closely with Senior HR Business Partners, leadership teams and people managers. Your remit will span workforce planning, talent, performance, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, capability development and wider employee-lifecycle priorities.You will provide day-to-day HR partnership, help leaders make informed people decisions, identify emerging risks and support the consistent delivery of the annual HR calendar. This role is based in India and has no direct or dotted-line reports.

What you’ll do

Work with Senior HR Business Partners and leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with business priorities.Contribute to, and where appropriate lead, defined people-plan deliverables covering workforce planning and transformation, organisational effectiveness and design, change management, talent and succession, inclusion, sourcing, capability development, culture and employee engagement.Provide leaders with relevant insight, constructive challenge, advice and coaching on people matters.Use people data and organisational insight to support effective leadership decision-making.Partner with leaders to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of cyclical people activities, including performance reviews, talent, reward and employee engagement.Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and support the implementation of people priorities beyond the immediate business area where required.Help identify workforce and people risks early, supporting leaders and managers in selecting practical and appropriate actions.Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up support across the employee lifecycle.

Who you are

You have HR business-partnering experience, ideally within a matrixed, global or complex organisation.You understand core HR processes, including performance, talent, reward, engagement, succession, employee relations, workforce planning and organisational change.You demonstrate commercial awareness and can translate business priorities into practical people actions.You can build trusted relationships with senior leaders, people managers, HR colleagues and Centres of Excellence.You use sound judgement when deciding whether to address an issue directly, escalate it or seek additional guidance.You can interpret people data, identify meaningful themes and convert insights into clear recommendations.You have supported transformation, organisational effectiveness, capability-building or change initiatives.You communicate clearly and use effective influencing and coaching skills to support leaders and people managers.You can work effectively amid ambiguity, competing priorities and evolving organisational structures.You exercise discretion and considered judgement when handling sensitive people matters.You have degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.An HR qualification or equivalent practical HR experience is preferred
