What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can operate across both European and Group environments, partnering with leaders and teams to deliver people strategies that drive business success.

In this role, candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organizational transformation, talent management, employee engagement and workforce planning across international business areas. As part of VST HR team, you will work closely with local and Group HR teams, Centres of Expertise and business leaders in a complex matrix organization.

You will be part of an international HR team, collaborating with colleagues across Vodafone markets and Group functions, with the opportunity to contribute to strategic people initiatives that impact thousands of employees across Europe.

Key accountabilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to define and implement people plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development activities.
  • Leverage people analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions.
  • Foster employee engagement and strengthen Vodafone's culture and Spirit values.
  • Collaborate with Group HR Centres of Expertise across Talent, Reward, Learning, People Experience and Employee Relations.
  • Ensure effective implementation of key HR processes, including performance management, compensation reviews and talent programmes.
  • Support cross-market projects and organizational transformations across European markets.
  • Coach managers on people-related topics, leadership challenges and team effectiveness.
  • Promote an inclusive, diverse and high-performing work environment.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Strong business partnering experience within an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR disciplines and people processes.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skill and Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4/5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a comparable HR role.
  • Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
  • Strong analytics and project management mindset

    The starting salary will be at least 43.400€ + PDR This figure represents the starting point only, and the final offer will be dependent on your individual skills, experience and potential assessed during the process, and the benchmarking information for the position’s reward level
