  • Develop and deliver integrated annual and multi-year people and capability plans with clear measures, ownership and governance.
  • Provide trusted coaching, challenge and guidance to leaders on workforce, organisation, talent and transformation decisions.
  • Lead workforce planning activities, including workforce budgets, productivity initiatives, organisational efficiencies, right-shoring and location strategy.
  • Drive the people agenda relating to AI and automation adoption, including capability redesign, workforce impact assessment, reskilling and responsible implementation.
  • Identify critical and future capabilities and develop build, buy, borrow and redeploy strategies to address skill gaps.
  • Strengthen leadership and manager effectiveness by improving people-management capability and increasing business self-sufficiency.
  • Use workforce analytics and external market insights to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions relating to attrition, engagement, capability, succession, mobility and workforce costs.
  • Lead the people aspects of organisation design and transformation programmes, including operating model changes, role clarity, spans and layers, workforce transitions and location strategies.
  • Assess organisational change impacts, manage risks and support compliance with local legal, employee relations and consultation requirements.
  • Design and coordinate effective change and communication plans that support colleagues through transformation.
  • Enhance succession planning and talent pipelines for critical and senior positions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring activity, ensuring strong capability, diversity and quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate performance and talent calibration processes that promote fair, evidence-based decision-making.
  • Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, development, accountability and continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • Significant HR Business Partner experience within a large, complex and international organisation.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with senior leaders while delivering practical business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting Technology, Operations or capability-led functions across multiple countries and geographies.
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, organisation design, transformation, talent management, succession planning and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and capability strategies into practical workforce and talent solutions.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles, with experience using data to improve representation and employee outcomes.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, coaching, facilitation and navigating matrix environments.
  • Strong judgement, integrity and discretion when handling complex or sensitive situations.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and deliver results across multiple competing priorities and time zones.

  • Graduate-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Recognised HR qualification or professional accreditation is desirable.
