  • Leverage employee feedback, engagement data and workforce insights to identify priorities and deliver impactful interventions.
  • Lead employee listening programs, surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into measurable actions.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Culture and Communications teams to create seamless and consistent employee experiences.
  • Drive adoption of digital, workplace and AI-enabled solutions through effective change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop recognition, appreciation and belonging programs that strengthen employee engagement and connection to the organization.
  • Establish employee experience KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
  • Introduce innovative practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Group HR and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, influence decision-making and deliver sustainable employee experience outcomes.

Who you are

  • Significant experience in employee experience, engagement, organisational effectiveness or related people functions.
  • Proven success designing and improving employee journeys across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience delivering people initiatives across global, multi-cultural and matrixed organisations.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating data and employee insights into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing across diverse functions and leadership levels.
  • Strong understanding of employee listening methodologies, engagement frameworks and experience design principles.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled ways of working, technology adoption and modern workplace practices.
  • Excellent communication, change enablement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with pragmatic execution.
  • Passion for creating inclusive, employee-centred environments where people can thrive and perform at their best.
