  • Design and implement scalable culture programs that embed desired behaviors, leadership expectations and organizational values.
  • Lead the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda, driving inclusion, belonging and equitable opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to strengthen representation, inclusive leadership and diversity outcomes.
  • Define, evolve and govern the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance attraction, engagement, development and retention.
  • Leverage employee insights, market trends and business priorities to continuously enhance culture, DEI and EVP initiatives.
  • Develop and execute internal communication and employee engagement strategies that strengthen organizational connection, purpose and transformation outcomes.
  • Enable leaders and managers with tools, frameworks and interventions that drive inclusive leadership, accountability and behavioral change.
  • Build strong partnerships with Group HR, Culture, DEI, EVP and Communications teams to align priorities, share best practices and deliver measurable business impact.

Who you are

  • Deep expertise in culture transformation, DEI and Employee Value Proposition development.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale culture, leadership, engagement and organisational transformation programmes within global, matrixed organisations.
  • Proven success in driving enterprise-wide behavioural and cultural change.
  • Strong organisational development, leadership effectiveness and talent capability expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders across complex environments.
  • Experience translating strategy into measurable business outcomes and sustainable organisational impact.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Significant experience defining and delivering internal communications, employee engagement and leadership communications strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across HR, Communications and business functions.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational excellence and large-scale delivery.
