What you’ll do

E-commerce Category Asociate Manager drives the day-to-day commercial performance of assigned categories by executing pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies, while ensuring strong vendor performance and operational excellence. The role focuses on translating strategic direction into execution by optimizing category health, identifying performance gaps, and supporting vendor growth to achieve GMV.

Job Profile

  • Drive category GMV, assortment depth, and vendor sell-through by managing day-to-day category performance, pricing, and promotional executio
  • Identify and onboard new vendors/brands, negotiating commercial terms, SLA commitments, and marketing co-investment
  • Analyze category-level data to flag assortment gaps, overstocks, and pricing anomalies, escalating insights to the Sr. Category Leader
  • Own vendor operational health post-onboarding
  • Execute the category promotional calendar in coordination with the Growth team
  • Maintain catalog integrity and list quality standards across all active SKUs

    To have technical / professional qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in category management, buying, or commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical proficiency; Advanced Excel as a floor, with working knowledge of at least one BI or reporting tool
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor or supplier relationships end-to-end — from negotiation through operational performance management
