This role is based in Leeds or Sheffield 2 days per week

Understanding Telephony is an advantage as you'll provide seamless telephony services on VMO2 switches, handling number routing and features for customers!
The realm of TDM and Hosted Voice products will be at your command as you champion our Field Engineers in successful installs, all the while ensuring the safety of our customers and alignment to industry guidelines.

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Attention to detail, particularly in fast paced environments.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience handling critical issues effectively and good at identifying and calling out problems with your team leader
- Capacity to take ownership of queries and see them through to a timely resolution.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships and networks
- Comfortable prioritising workloads efficiently.
The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;
- Familiarity with voice provisioning, testing, and fixing processes.
- Understanding of voice products and services.
- Exposure to various systems including NIM, Force (Clarify), ICOMS, or TDM switches would be advantageous.
- Tech-savvy individual with a knack for grasping systems easily, as training will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure.
