Senior Manager, Transition & Transformation Programme Lead – Manchester, Gosforth, Leeds, Sheffield or London

If so, you could be perfect as our new Senior Manager, Transition & Transformation Programme Lead, specific to contact centre deployment. You’ll spend 3 days a week collaborating and connecting at your contractual location, while enjoying the freedom to work from anywhere for 2 days each week.

In this role, you will have full accountability for the design and delivery of contact centre solutions, supporting contract revenues from multi-national and acquisition customers, with contracts worth over £50M each. You will oversee global transformation programs, managing multi-disciplined teams to meet milestones, SLAs, and budgets.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a global team of up to 50 highly skilled Technical & Service Designers and P&PM colleagues.
  • Model BT values and ensure strong team performance to consistently meet project milestones and KPIs.
  • Manage resources effectively to transition customers to BT solutions, meeting or exceeding contract requirements for revenue growth.
  • Mitigate early pain points and risks using adaptable project management methods.
  • Deliver projects within financial targets and contracted service levels, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of contact for delivery, providing change governance and assurance, and managing third-party suppliers.
