Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Content SEO Specialist to join our industry-leading SEO team, supporting our cable consumer division.

As an SEO Specialist, you will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to deliver effective changes that drive our commercial performance at an enterprise level. Your role is to support the cable SEO and wider digital teams in the delivery of on-page SEO optimisation as well as independently identify and be responsible for the delivery of new and existing optimisation opportunities. As part of this, you will also need to have strong data analysis and communication skills to report and communicate our results to senior business leaders.

This role currently works in a remote-first environment but candidates are encouraged to travel when required to key business locations. As such, candidates based near London or Leeds are preferred.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven experience of on-page SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience in an SEO or content marketing-focused role.
  • Strong skills in keyword research, keyword clustering, and copywriting.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to translate performance into a clear narrative for senior business leaders.
  • Experienced with core analytical tools; Google Search Console and Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills.
  • A creative flare with the ability to craft clear slides.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for SEO and driving results through content.
  • A passion for tech, digital, and connectivity.

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience with keyword tracking tools such as SEO Monitor.
  • Working knowledge of other SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, and Ahrefs.
  • Understanding of AI content writing and how it can be utilised in content delivery workflows.
  • Solid understanding of schema markup.
  • Experience working within an enterprise brand.
  • Experience with wireframing and advising on UX improvements.
  • Experience with A/B or SEO template testing.
