Job Description

As a Project Manager within our Network Expansion division, you'll have responsibility for planning, driving, and closing projects across B2B & Major Programmes, providing regular updates to partners, including progress reports and budget status. The role will partner operational teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope, ensuring project success by effectively guiding the efforts of team members!

The Project Manager role will involve understanding, mapping, and recording existing process workflows, using process mapping tools and methodologies to visually represent processes. The role will also deliver process improvement initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. The Project Manager will promote continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to identify and suggest process improvements.

The must haves

  • Proven strong project management skills, with a track record of planning, implementing, and successfully delivering projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience working within a project management framework (using methodologies)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact and build relationships with partners at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft software, specifically Excel for data and PowerPoint for delivering updates

  • Ability to use project or process management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced matrix management structured environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and be able to identify risks and issues in a timely manner
