Job Description
Working with the People and Finance teams, this role will be responsible for managing enterprise headcount information in accordance to an agreed budget and providing monthly forecasts capturing all changes and additions, within the Anaplan system. This will enable accurate headcount budget and forecasting which will generate the people related costs to support financial opex budgets and forecasts.
Additionally, the role holder will work with Business leaders to agree their forecast position and the wider people team to provide narrative on headcount changes. The role will also identify improvements and change ways of working to fully embed the use of Anaplan and ensure it is being used to effect efficient change.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- High level of expertise in use of Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to challenge
- Analytical problem solving, a high level of numeracy and system literacy
- Experience of working in a People / HR function (Desirable)
The other stuff we are looking for
- To be proficient in the use of Excel including the ability to interrogate the data and produce reports.
- Experience in identifying any anomalies in the data and how to problem solve
- Ability to train line managers to ensure they take ownership for knowing and checking their people data is accurate
- A self-motivated individual who can work to fixed deadlines in a structured and logical manner
