Job Description
As a Digital Copywriter you will support the Product Owner in driving customer engagement and growth through a data-driven, personalised communication approach, ensuring alignment, optimisation and innovation across all customer touchpoints to drive overall business growth and hit Tier 1 VMO2 KPIs.
The Digital Copywriter will be responsible for creating high-impact, personalized content for customer campaigns, including email, push notifications, SMS, Direct mail, In app messages and more. Working within the comm's agile squads alongside the UX/UI guild, you’ll develop copy that speaks to our customers at various stages of their journey, from onboarding to retention, all while ensuring brand consistency through alignment to the digital tone of voice guidelines.
You will write engaging and persuasive email copy for campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions. This includes promotional, transactional, service or regulatory, lifecycle, and re-engagement campaigns. Create consistent and effective copy for all channels, such as push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, to ensure a unified customer experience across touchpoints. Ensure Campaign language is consistent throughout the end-to-end customer experience

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Demonstrable commercial experience in copywriting, preferably in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience writing for multiple channels, such as email, SMS, push notifications, and web
- A strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with brand team members: capture requirements, content, and deadlines and to adapt writing style and tone to different customer segments and brand guidelines
