About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter – German Speaker to join our innovative CVM and Marketing VOIS Team. In this role, you will create engaging content in both German and English for a variety of print and digital materials, supporting both internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with a diverse team of marketing professionals to develop creative concepts and impactful campaigns for international B2B and B2C audiences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality, brand-aligned copy and contributing to the growth of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

What you’ll do

  • Interpret and action briefs to deliver professional copywriting services for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify information gaps and request clarification or missing information.
  • Conduct relevant research to address briefs in alignment with project scope and required standards.
  • Consult on the scope of copywriting tasks and projected timelines to support accurate definition of SLAs and preparation of proposals/quotes.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for print and digital media for diverse B2B, B2C, and internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business partners, account managers, and other specialists, to deliver projects within agreed SLAs.
  • Lead the development of original concepts and key messaging for new or evolving brands, propositions, markets, or audiences.
  • Consult on the application of brand standards, copy guidelines, and best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned copy.
  • Apply knowledge of business needs, target audiences, and digital marketing trends to optimise quality of work and outcomes.
  • Provide professional reviews and guidance to new joiners and less experienced copywriters.
  • Lead growth of copywriting capabilities, professional skill development, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Work with innovative technologies, project management, and information sharing systems.

Who you are

  • Native-level proficiency in German and English (CERF C1 or C2 level).
  • Impressive portfolio of professional writing work.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in editing and writing for print and digital media.
  • Experience in developing and writing B2B and B2C content and communications.
  • Proficiency in working with professional writing style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Experience in business, sales, or creative team environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of business needs, marketing, and optimising customer experiences.
  • Strong commitment to best practices in writing and professional development.
  • Proactive, positive, collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-focused attitude.
  • Interest in digital communications technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
