Job Description

Ready to grow your potential? Join us as a Finance Intern and be brave, real, and join a community of interns just like you. Work alongside finance professionals who keep our commercial cogs turning, make a lasting impact and earn £25,000 plus a £1,000 joining bonus!

Get hands-on experience in our Finance Business Partnering teams during our 13-month Industrial Placement. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, enjoying opportunities to support real projects and solve problems using your own logic and initiative. You’ll also see how we use data to guide decisions and drive innovation across Finance. By the end, you’ll have new skills, advanced knowledge and the confidence to excel in your final year.

During this industrial placement, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to complete a Finance Leadership Programme (FLP) with CIMA, completely funded by Virgin Media O2. Through an online platform, you’ll be able to expand baseline finance knowledge. If you come back for our Finance Graduate scheme, you’ll also be set up with exemptions from the CIMA qualification.

You must have a predicted 2:1 or above. But it doesn’t matter what subject – we’re more interested in passion to develop and grow a successful career in Finance.

The other stuff we are looking for

A desire to route your finance career towards a CIMA qualification is preferred as this will help align you to joining our graduate scheme after you complete your degree.
