Job Description
This role supports the regulatory and compliance function by coordinating regulatory activity, maintaining documentation, ensuring accurate execution of regulatory changes, and assisting with the delivery of key obligations such as price changes and T&Cs updates.
This role will require you to act as a regulatory operations specialist responsible for coordinating multi‑team regulatory activity, managing regulatory documentation, and delivering accurate regulatory changes across commercial processes. The role applies judgement within established frameworks, supports the assessment of regulatory impacts, and drives process consistency and continuous improvement across the regulatory lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership by coordination of administrative support for regulatory programmes such as APR, mid-contract price changes and T&Cs updates.
- Manage regulatory timelines through trackers, documentation and schedules to ensure activity is completed accurately and on time.
- Identify risks by liaising with Legal, Product, Comms and central regulatory teams to gather required information and support compliance checks.
- Acting as a central point of support for preparation of regulatory packs, submissions or approvals required for governance forums.
- Analyse regulatory changes to assist with the review and coordination of customer-facing communications for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Track and update risk, issue and decision logs for regulatory activity.
- Support testing, validation and quality checks related to regulatory changes or customer comms.
- Document regulatory actions and follow-ups from key stakeholder meetings.
- Help maintain the regulatory knowledge library, templates and guidance materials.
- Contribute to process improvements across regulatory execution and compliance documentation.

The must haves
- Experience in compliance, regulatory coordination, or similar.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling customer-facing content or regulatory documentation.
- Good communication skills for working with Legal, Product, Comms and central regulatory partners.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance environments (desirable but trainable).
- Strong skills in managing trackers, documentation and administrative workflows.
