- Monitor trading performance and respond to changes in demand, seasonality and promotional activity.
- Support new product launches, range reviews and promotional planning to ensure the right stock is available at the right time.
- Manage seasonal and end-of-line stock, identifying risks and implementing actions to minimise excess inventory.
- Review and optimise planning parameters including lead times, order quantities and order frequency.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to improve service, responsiveness and overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and support supply reviews to align supply with demand.
- Work closely with Distribution Centres to ensure efficient stock flow and effective management of RTVs.
- Drive high levels of on-shelf availability while maintaining appropriate stock cover and supporting business plan objectives.
About You – What you’ll bring to the role

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of Relex, or a similar supply chain planning solution, would be advantageous.
