The transition towards an electrified car fleet is moving fast and car manufacturers are struggling to meet the demand from the markets. At the same time, the demands on accessible and reliable charging infrastructure are increasing. With InCharge, we want to help meet these demands and contribute to the transition by offering products and services that facilitate charging comfortably. We are now looking for a Data Protection Coordinator for E-Mobility.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy and roadmap for Data protection;
  • Follow up on GDPR topics and make sure we are compliant in all processes;
  • Follow up on Business control frameworks and make sure stakeholders follow and create controls;
  • Continuously work and report on compliance regards to Privacy;
  • Implement the AI Act and more digital legislation relevant for personal data;
  • Secure compliance with data protection regulations and internal instructions.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Law, Information Security, IT or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in data protection, privacy or a related compliance role;
  • Strong knowledge in GDPR and other relevant data protection laws and regulations;
  • Team player and strong communication skills;
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken;
  • Solution-driven and have a positive attitude.

Additional Information

Our offer
The height of your salary is based on your education and relevant work experience. The salary for this position ranges from €4200 to €6000. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive secondary benefits package, the most important components of which are:

  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • End of year bonus of 4.5% of your annual salary and a profit sharing of up to 3.5% of your annual salary based on the results of Vattenfall Netherlands;
  • NS Business card for commuting or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to a maximum of 50 km one way;
  • 20 vacation days, 2.5 vitality days, and for a 40-hour contract: 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days;
  • Choice budget, which allows you to purchase or sell extra vacation days, buy a e-bicycle, or simply receive it as addition pay;
  • Possibility to work remote from abroad;
  • Education budget, because we believe it is important that you can continue to develop yourself.
