Job Description
Location: UK Based, Remote-first (with monthly travel to London)
At Unmind, we're here to create better mental health.
We believe mental health should be a source of strength, not struggle – for people, teams, and entire organisations.
We combine science, technology, and human care to help companies like Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, and the NHS improve mental health and drive performance.
Now we’re looking for more brilliant people to help us do it.
🚀 Our Values
We’re building a company where ambition and empathy go hand in hand.
Outpace the rest – Move fast. Deliver excellence.
Stronger together – We go further, faster, together.
Client first – We win, when our clients win.
🌈 Inclusion & Belonging
We’re building a place where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported – and where difference is celebrated.
If you need adjustments during the process, tell us when you apply or email talent@unmind.com.

🎯 The Role — VP Product
The VP of Product will lead Product and UX, reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Leadership Team. You will set clear product direction and drive strong execution - accelerating delivery, strengthening our AI strategy, and ensuring our product meets enterprise customer needs. You will be the senior product partner to Commercial, balancing near-term revenue priorities with a coherent long-term roadmap.
What you'll do
Own product strategy and roadmap - setting clear priorities, trade-offs and sequencing, in close partnership with the SVP of Technology.
Drive faster, more iterative product delivery.
Define and execute our AI product direction - focused on user outcomes, and measurable client impact.
Act as senior product partner to Commercial - ensuring product supports enterprise selling, and future roadmap conversations.
Lead and support a small Product and UX team, creating clarity and momentum while remaining closely involved in execution.
Align Product, Tech and Commercial on what “enterprise-ready” means - and build the cross-functional mechanisms to deliver it consistently.
Translate enterprise customer needs into product direction - balancing deal support with long-term roadmap coherence.
Use customer, usage, and market insight to validate priorities - and adjust quickly based on learning.
Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do. We know great people don't always tick every box.
🌟 About You
In the spirit of equity and continuous growth, we invite you to remove education from your CV. Qualifications are not a factor in our decision-making. However, experience in the following is important for this position:
A hands-on product leader with experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience within Health, Benefits or the HR Tech sectors would be advantageous.
Proven track record operating in startup or scale-up organisations selling to enterprise customers.
Strong commercial instincts, with a grounding in Product - partners with Sales
Experience delivering AI-enabled products, with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.
Credible senior leader - influences, challenges, and aligns stakeholders at exec, client and user level.
Clear communicator who can turn ambiguity into direction.
