We're looking for a Statutory Maintenance Analyst to join our Bio Energy & Fleet Team, supporting the HV/LV team in the delivery of statutory maintenance programmes, fleet electrification projects, energy resilience initiatives and emerging technologies across our estate.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines project coordination, administration, data analysis and stakeholder management. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of essential maintenance and infrastructure programmes, helping to ensure resources are coordinated effectively, assets remain operational and projects are delivered successfully.
Working closely with site-based teams, contractors, suppliers and service providers, you'll become a central point of coordination across a growing portfolio of activities. From supporting the rollout of hundreds of EV charging points across the United Utilities estate to monitoring innovative Battery Energy Storage Systems that enhance operational resilience, you'll contribute to projects that are helping shape the future of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external resources, ensuring activities are planned effectively to support maintenance and project delivery programmes.
- Collate and produce performance reports, providing valuable insight into programme delivery, operational performance and service outcomes.
- Monitor EV charger availability across the estate, carrying out first line remote troubleshooting and system restarts where required.
- Monitor Battery Energy Storage Systems and other innovative resilience technologies, providing first line remote support to maximise system availability.
- Raise purchase orders, process payments and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors and delivery partners.
- Create pre construction information packs, project handover documentation and training materials to support the successful introduction of new assets and technologies.
- Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the HV/LV team, helping ensure programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Experience using SAP and associated management systems, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage project data, produce reports and support administrative processes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to accurately record, interpret, manipulate and present information from multiple data sources, turning data into meaningful insights that support decision making.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, site-based teams, suppliers and external contractors.
- A structured, organised and methodical approach, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and delivering high quality work in a busy environment.
- The ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands and remain calm, focused and resilient under pressure.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
