Job Description

Join our TUI Centre of Expertise as a Talent Acquisition Partner delivering the end-to-end volume recruitment activity across our BENE and Germany region covering local recruitment for our Contact Centres.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Campaign Management – Plan, design and deliver the TUI Contact Centre Volume recruitment campaign in collaboration with your peers and wider team across the Centre of Expertise and other stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring – Play a part in actively forecasting targets and closely analysing and monitoring weekly/monthly campaign performance.
  • Local Recruitment Expertise – Be an expert in your chosen region to lead and drive local candidate attraction and online/offline recruitment marketing opportunities.
  • Resource Management- You will select and manage appropriate job boards, build school & university relationships, identify, and drive online/offline events and guide/monitor attraction with the dedicated social media team.
  • Adaptability – You will rapidly react according to weekly results identifying potential risks and opportunities within budget.
  • Stakeholder Relations- Build and maintain excellent relationships with involved stakeholders by providing regular updates and reviews as their local support will be particularly key to the success of your campaign.

ABOUT YOU

  • Recruitment Experience- Previous experience with recruitment and knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, different sourcing methods and use of assessment tools. Experience in volume recruitment in an international environment is highly beneficial.
  • Language Skills – Fluency in Dutch and German is essential, along with a good level of English.
  • Independent and Driven – A people driven and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Organizational Skills – Organized and the ability to prioritise tasks by efficiently planning day to day but also by looking at the wider picture.
  • Communication – Excellent communication and administrative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Stakeholder Management – Enjoys stakeholder management and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Analytical – Interested in analysing numbers and complex data to draw conclusions and make decisions.
  • Creative Mindset – An individual with a digital and creative mindset and open to new ways of working in an ever-changing environment.
