Job Description
The Role
As a Talent Partner, you will master the full-life cycle recruitment process for the positions you manage. The ideal candidate has a wealth of experience within an international corporation, ensuring a smooth hiring process from the beginning candidate contact till onboarding. Using your innovative strategies, you will advance recruitment KPIs while thinking outside the box to support various HR projects.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions in the Commercial space.
- Coordinate various stages of the hiring process from active sourcing/ screening and conducting interviews to negotiating job offers.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, providing recruitment strategies and best industry practices.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies specific to the business unit, keeping in mind the key recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
- Support an array of HR projects and initiatives, including networking within the community.
- Maintain comprehensive databases of potential talent and manage other HR assets in a timely and organized manner.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience with full-lifecycle recruiting, ideally in-house working within a Talent function.
- Demonstrating a successful record in corporate recruitment, particularly in sourcing for consulting roles, is highly beneficial.
- A growth-oriented mindset illustrated through a quick-learning capacity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrable passion and proficiency in active sourcing and leveraging networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Excellent organizational skills, complemented by a strong service orientation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
- Stellar stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Full fluency in German and English communication skills
- High level of German language skills is a must as you will be hiring for our German speaking positions
