ABOUT THE JOB

• Supporting our social media presence by helping to craft content for external recruitment related marketing across our Global Talent Acquisition team.
• Producing organic content to be posted on our channels, making use of our global content calendar to help shape the posts you create.
• Using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Collaboration with the Global Talent Attraction team to deliver global projects such as EVP, Brand Ambassador,
• Collaboration with Social Media Recruitment Marketing team across your department as well as the wider TA community to develop professional expertise and share best practice.
• Working closely with internal communications, PR team and Marketing team.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience within a related social media role is desired but not essential. An application from a social media native with a passion to improve their skills would also be welcome.
• You’re self-motivated, resilient, and brimming with ideas that respect deadlines and shatter expectations.
• Proficiency in English and German
• Curiosity for learning about new global cultures.
• A natural at engaging audiences, your interpersonal and presentation skills shine in a team setting.
• Confident in liaising with stakeholders at every level, your communication skills are adaptable and effective.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Great attention to detail, you produce content that’s not only engaging and precise but also perfectly aligned with our brand.
• Data is your friend, guiding the performance and impact of our social media efforts.
• Promotion of industry trends and network proactively to enhance your knowledge and connections.
