Job Description

You'll be responsible for managing relationships with key non-TUI agency partners, tour operators, and agency associations, driving revenue growth and ensuring partner satisfaction with our Flight Consolidator products and services.

The role will be published until 1 May 2026. This role can be located at any of our headquarters within the market locations.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll manage relationships with key non-TUI agency partners, tour operators, and agency associations, taking ownership of revenue and margins for your assigned accounts and target customer groups.
  • We'll look to you to develop and implement account-specific strategies, including incentives, to achieve sales targets and maximize growth opportunities within your portfolio.
  • You'll identify potential new agency partners by systematically screening the market, generating sales pitches, and building an acquisition funnel that converts leads into consolidator revenue.
  • Taking ownership of commercial negotiations with agency partners, you'll secure favorable terms and agreements that balance partner needs with our organizational objectives.
  • You'll monitor account performance against targets and KPIs, providing detailed reporting and developing clear account plans with objectives and action steps.
  • Working closely with our product teams, you'll ensure partner requirements are addressed, provide market intelligence, and identify opportunities for customized solutions that strengthen our partnerships.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in key account management or similar commercial roles, preferably within the travel or aviation industry.
  • You bring knowledge of flight consolidation or similar aviation commercial roles, with a solid understanding of travel agency business models and operations.
  • You possess excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish connections at multiple levels within partner organizations.
  • You demonstrate effective negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can develop account-specific plans while maintaining a focus on partner satisfaction and problem resolution.
