This role is a 2 year fixed-term contract. The closing date for applying is the 4th of September.

The project support analyst plays a vital role within our ‘ERP Readiness’ project, supporting the successful implementation of software and process changes within the Order to Cash (O2C) teams. The objective of the project is to standardise and align processes and technology, to support solution design and requirements for future ERP System. Your responsibilities involve collaborating with project teams, who span across northern, central and western Europe, providing support, assisting with testing and ensuring a smooth implementation. You will contribute to training end users and troubleshooting any implementation issues that arise.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Requirements gathering. Work closely with project leads and team members to gather requirements, understand business needs and ways of working for all initiatives in scope of the ‘ERP Readiness’ project for the O2C teams
  • Investigation and analysis. Conduct data and gap analysis of existing processes to support decision making of future process design options
  • Implementation. Support pre-requisite activities for items in development, such as data preparation, data cleanse and configuration
  • Testing.Collaborate with teams to define test scenarios, execute testing activities for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test results, communicating findings to all relevant teams
  • Training support. Assist in preparing training materials for end users. Conducting training sessions to ensure proper adoption of new processes or tools
  • Process documentation. Work with teams to update process documentation to reflect changes implemented during the project, ensure accuracy and clarity in documenting workflows and procedures
  • Provide ongoing support during post implementation ‘hypercare’ phase, work with teams to troubleshoot technical issues and address roadblocks

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience of working with Accounts Receivable/O2C processes and SAP ECC advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical mind set; ability to understand process issues, gather and document requirements and use data to support findings
  • Experience of user acceptance testing processes and methods
  • Articulate communicator; able to interact with a diverse group of subject matter experts and excel in written communication
  • An engaging can-do mindset that overcomes resistance to change. Unafraid to challenge, or be challenged by, colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint, Visio experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English, other languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus
