Job Description

Join our dynamic Operational Efficiency team in TUI Musement as a Process Analyst, spearheading the transformation of operational processes. You’ll play a crucial role in conducting end-to-end process reviews, designing, and implementing performance metrics, and actively detecting opportunities for efficiency gains. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, taking a hands-on approach to implement improvements. How you will make an impact

There are many ways for you to get involved:

  • Opportunity identification: Continuously challenge processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities (actively analyse performance metrics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement) and ensuring their implementation with the relevant teams.

  • End-to-End Process Review: Diagnose processes, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with different stakeholders to improve the flow of our value chain, improve quality, safety and reduce waste & cost.

  • Support consultative services: support internal consultative services on specific activities using techniques such as process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, data collection methods, establishing performance standards/metrics (KPIs), Return on Investments analysis, 5 Whys and other root cause analysis.

  • Functional Collaboration: coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams in the review, design, development and implementation of global processes and procedures

  • Implementation execution: Take a hands-on approach to implement process improvements, working closely with stakeholders (both tech and business teams) to ensure seamless integration and realization of efficiency gains. This includes among others trainings, documentation, UATs, coordination etc

  • Documentation: produce comprehensive documentation of any existing or new processes supporting both high level mapping and detailed manuals and guidelines when necessary.

  • Follow-up: on projects and initiatives implemented in order to monitor the progress of planned improvements and to assure timely action, proper adoption, appropriate support, and achievement of the expected benefits.

What you will bring

  • Proven knowledge of TUI Musement products, operational processes, and IT systems.

  • Mapping of processes and documentation capabilities including excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programmes and Visio.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement.

  • Effective change agent, influencing positive business change and solid stakeholders’ management.

  • Strategic thinking, focusing on end-to-end processes.

  • Adaptable to an international, multicultural environment.

  • High digital literacy, quick to learn new systems.

  • Creative problem-solving in complex scenarios.

  • Basic project and time management skills, effective multitasking.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous (Particularly Spanish, Italian, and German).
