Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Team as a Process Analyst and be responsible for identifying opportunities for process automation within TUI MM business units and supporting the implementation of the automation solutions. You will have to work with various departments to identify and understand their processes and workflows, and then support the development team with the gathering of the necessary information for streamlining these processes and developing the automations. Additionally, you will provide support to end-users and collaborate with the development team to integrate solutions with other systems and applications.

How you will make an impact

There are many ways for you to get involved:

  • Analyze business processes and performance metrics data to identify and assess potential opportunities.

  • Develop comprehensive workflows, identifying inefficiencies and gaps, and drive, whenever applicable, process reengineering/redesign initiatives to standardize and enable automation.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, evaluate situations objectively, question assumptions, and guarantee that the automation meets their needs.

  • Create business cases to review with management for approval to ensure proposed solutions align with overall business objectives. Support a correct prioritization of the opportunities in the pipeline.

  • Support in sessions between business and technical teams and define functional and non-functional requirements for the TO-BE solutions.

  • Create business documentation including process maps, to support the development team.

  • Support vendors and partners by reviewing the automation documentation in terms of the process definition, ensuring that the developers understand the business process.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders acting as the key contact person. Take a hands-on approach to implement solutions and coordinate action plans, set timelines, and prioritize tasks to ensure a successful and timely project delivery.

  • Conduct performance reviews post-implementation and analyze if adjustments are needed. Validate if automation projects are delivering against the KPIs defined and ensure timely action, proper adoption, and appropriate support, maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Identify and propose change management or training needs for automation projects delivered.

What you will bring

There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:

  • Previous experience in process analysis or process automation.

  • Automation Knowledge: familiarity with automation technologies. RPA experience is an advantage.

  • Process Improvement Proficiency: experience in process mapping (BPMN), root cause analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, continuously seeking ways to improve performance.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: strong problem-solving skills to evaluate workflow efficiency and identify automation opportunities in processes of different levels of complexity.

  • Critical Thinking: rapidly grasp processes and evaluate scenarios objectively, questioning and assessing assumptions, and proactively generating innovative end-to-end solutions for complex problems.

  • Project and Time Management Skills: able to handle multiple projects, drive action plans, set timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate stakeholders effectively to implement solutions.

  • Structured Approach: Demonstrates a structured, detail-oriented, and logical approach to documentation and procedures.

  • Effective Communication: experience in managing stakeholders and coordinating projects involving cross-functional teams.

  • A talented professional who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career while ‘spreading smiles across the globe’

  • A culturally intelligent, exceptional project team member, able to foster teamwork and positively influence international colleagues toward business change.

  • Excellent level of English, both written and verbal. Any additional language like Spanish is an advantage.
