Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, have service in your DNA, and want to be part of TUI's exciting journey? We're looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Sales & Service Agent to join our Nordic customer centre in Copenhagen. Every day, we help our customers turn their holiday dreams into reality – primarily by phone, but also through chat and social media.

We have a permanent position along with one maternity cover for 12 months.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll guide customers to their perfect holiday experience via phone, chat and social media.
  • Every enquiry you handle will focus on the customer's needs and overall experience.
  • Resolving queries efficiently and professionally is at the heart of what you do.
  • You'll thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
  • Contributing actively to both individual and shared targets keeps you motivated.
  • You'll work on a shift rota, including day shifts, Saturdays and public holidays, ensuring we're always there for our customers when they need us.
  • Hybrid working with minimum of 60% in the office

ABOUT YOU

  • You speak and write fluent Danish and English – other Nordic languages are a bonus.
  • Sales energises you, and clear targets inspire your success.
  • Your approach is positive, flexible and solution-focused.
  • Working independently in a dynamic environment is where you shine.
  • You're digitally savvy and pick up new systems quickly.
  • Background in the travel industry or customer service is advantageous
