We're looking for someone who loves creating fantastic customer experiences and helping our customers make their holiday dreams come true. TUI offers a wide range of travel and hotels to various destinations around the world. Our mission is to inspire, provide excellent service, and find the perfect trip that makes customers want to book with us.
The recruitment process will consist of an online assessment, a digital interview followed by an invitation to our office for a face-to-face interview.
The start date for the position is May 4th

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll inspire our customers to book their dream trip with us.
- Providing our customers with personal sales and service via phone, chat and email in Swedish and Norwegian.
- You'll actively work with upselling to maximise the customer experience.
- Resolving customer issues and managing bookings that need to be updated or changed.
- Ensuring our customers receive world-class service is key – an important goal for us is that our customers want to travel with us again.
- Working in a results-oriented way to achieve your sales, service and efficiency goals.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Have the right to live and work in Spain
- Completed high school studies.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interest in sales and ability to work independently towards set goals.
- Engaged and skilled at handling customers both personally and professionally.
- Reliable and loyal colleague who lives by our values and follows work routines.
- Skilled at solving problems, finding new solutions, and adapting to changes.
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns including evenings and weekends
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- Knowledge of another Nordic language.
- Previous experience within the travel industry.
- Experience handling customer contacts via phone, chat, and email
Home Working Requirements
- You will have a suitable space that allows you to work comfortably and away from general ‘home’ activities
- You will be required to have a suitable broadband connection that has a download speed of at least 10 Mbps and an upload of at least 3 Mbps
