Practical information:

• Working hours: rotating shifts between 8-17 on weekdays and 9-17 on weekends. During the summer peak season, evening shifts 13:00-22:00 also apply.
• Workspace: Malmö
• Start date: May 2026
• Employement: Full time, open-ended contract

This is who we are looking for:

You are a positive person who likes sales and service. You like independent as well as working in a team. To get the best outcome of your job you will need to be able to handle stress, like work with high pace and of course love to inspire and communicate with our guests. You are used to working with computer and telephone as your main tools.

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience from sales, service or tourism
• Danish or Norwegian language verbal and written - good knowledge
• Basic English skills
• Other language skills are not mandatory but considered as plus
• Good computer skills
