Job Description

Are you detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills? Join our Customer Claims team at TUI UK as an Audit Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and quality control across our claims handling processes.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model. While scheduled attendance at our Luton office is required, there is the opportunity to work from home part of the week. This approach supports collaboration and team engagement, while also offering flexibility to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The closing date for applications will be the 12th July 2025. We would encourage you to apply as soon as you can in case we need to close the role earlier than expected.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and management on audit results to improve overall performance.
  • Create and manage housekeeping reports to identify data anomalies within the claims system and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and develop control processes around the integrity of reserves, payments, and recoveries across system interfaces.
  • Identify training needs and trends to recommend to the Audit and Data Integrity Executive.
  • Support the department with various administrative tasks and assist management as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to interpret management information.
  • Understanding of personal injury claims handling processes.
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to monitor your own performance against targets.
