Job Description
We're looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence across our supply and commercial ecosystem. You'll be the go-to person for strategic projects, process optimisation, and digital enablement – helping us deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across all our regions.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll implement and oversee processes by setting up coherent and effective models across Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Digital Product & Tech, and Operations, with a focus on our Sun & Beach business.
- Setting up consistent internal frameworks and toolkits will be key, supporting our regional supply teams and product management teams with their daily contracting routine.
- You'll actively search for solutions to standardise and improve ways of working, create efficiencies, and enhance communication flows across the organisation.
- As the first point of reference for several strategic projects, you'll attend meetings, steer workstreams, and advocate for the Commercial team while ensuring Supply and Product Management needs are considered.
- Your capability of building strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders will be crucial as you implement solutions that facilitate further automation and connectivity.
- Supporting compliance activities across Animal Welfare, Health & Safety, and audit will be part of your remit, maintaining documentation and ensuring all targets are met.
ABOUT YOU
- You have proven experience working with multinational colleagues and gaining buy-in from a range of stakeholders across different seniority levels and roles.
- Your hands-on approach and 'right first time' mentality means you work well under your own initiative and under pressure.
- With excellent verbal and written skills, you can adapt your communication style according to your audience and maintain clear, effective dialogue.
- You bring a customer-focused mindset with the ability to analyse and act upon a variety of customer insights to drive improvements.
- Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are preferred to support our diverse, international teams.
- You're willing to travel as per business requirements to collaborate with teams across our global operations.
