Job Description

The AI Change & Adoption Manager plays a critical role in driving colleague awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI, IT services, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role leads the creation and delivery of clear, engaging, and accessible communication that helps colleagues confidently embrace new technologies—particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑enabled ways of working.

Working closely with the Product Owners, Domain Owners, Head of Colleague Experience, and other internal stakeholders, the role ensures that communication, training, and adoption activities are aligned, consistent, and impactful. The manager translates complex technical concepts into simple, meaningful messaging, develops targeted engagement content, and supports the growth of digital and AI literacy across all colleague groups.

This position is central to helping colleagues understand the value of new tools, build confidence in using them, and embed modern, AI‑driven practices into their everyday work

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support the design and rollout of internal communication and engagement strategies that promote IT services, tools, and colleague computing transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and broader AI adoption.
  • Develop clear, accessible messaging that translates complex IT and AI updates into practical, relatable language to ensure colleagues feel confident and empowered to use new tools effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Colleague Exp., Regions & Colleague leadership, and Group Communications to create colleague engagement campaigns that drive awareness, participation, and sustained adoption of Copilot, AI capabilities, and other collaboration technologies.
  • Plan, manage, and support colleague engagement and enablement activities such as Copilot training sessions, AI literacy programmes, webinars, learning pathways, internal tech communities, showcases, and feedback loops.
  • Assist in developing a wide range of communication and training materials—including videos, newsletters, user guides, FAQs, intranet content, e-learning modules, and knowledge base articles—to support ongoing Copilot and AI adoption.
  • Tailor communication and training content to meet the needs of diverse user groups, ensuring technical concepts are presented in a relevant and accessible way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help establish and maintain feedback channels (e.g., surveys, usage insights, focus groups, and adoption dashboards) to monitor colleague needs, identify barriers to adoption, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure communication, training, and adoption activities are aligned, collaborative, and effectively delivered across the organization.
  • Track, measure, and report on key success indicators (e.g., usage and adoption metrics, engagement levels, satisfaction scores) and present recommendations to the Head of Product to improve colleague experience, digital confidence, and tool adoption
