Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive guidance and support to people throughout the relocation process, including visa requirements, housing options, schooling, healthcare, and cultural integration.
  • Stay updated on global real estate trends, cost of living indexes, and cultural nuances to effectively advise clients on destination selection and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with international emigration laws and regulations, assisting clients in navigating legal procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating client needs throughout their relocation journey.
  • Coordinate logistics with external partners such as moving companies, real estate agents, and legal advisors to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
  • Administrative tasks related to international relocation.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in relocation services, international mobility, or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex relocation projects.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Emigration Law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and mitigate risks throughout the relocation process.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
