Job Description

We're looking for a talented Senior UX Designer with a strong research background to help shape intuitive, user-centred experiences across a range of enterprise products. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process while driving impactful UX research that influences product strategy, informs decision-making, and ensures solutions meet the needs of colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.

Working within cross-functional teams, you'll transform complex business challenges into seamless, accessible, and engaging experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines exceptional design expertise with a passion for user research and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Leading end-to-end UX design across enterprise products, from discovery through to delivery.
  • Planning, conducting, and synthesising UX research to uncover user needs, behaviours, and opportunities.
  • Translating research insights into intuitive, user-centred design solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Creating user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver product experiences.
  • Simplifying complex workflows and systems into seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
  • Facilitating workshops, user interviews, usability testing, and collaborative design sessions.
  • Championing accessibility, inclusion, and best-practice human-centred design principles.
  • Driving data-informed decision making through a combination of qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Communicating research findings, design rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues, helping to build UX and research capability across teams.
  • Advocating for the voice of the user and embedding user-centred design thinking throughout the organisation.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving experiences to ensure they meet user needs, business objectives, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
  • A strong background in UX research, including planning, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Experience designing for complex products, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital environments.
  • Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, including journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong interaction design skills and a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience translating user and business needs into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions.
  • The ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Experience within retail, marketplace, or enterprise environments would be advantageous.
  • Provide your feedback on BizChat
