Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centred design across internal Data Science tools, helping colleagues work more efficiently and make better decisions through intuitive, scalable experiences.
In this role, you’ll tackle complex challenges, mapping interconnected systems and workflows while translating user, business, and technical needs into seamless end-to-end journeys. You’ll operate in a cross-functional environment, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research teams, while also helping to raise UX maturity, embed best practices, and influence product direction. This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale experiences from discovery through to delivery, shaping both strategy and execution.

- Contributing to and evolving design systems and shared patterns
- Communicating ideas and design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
- Mentoring and supporting others to grow UX capability across teams
- Promoting collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement within the design function
- A strong UX portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, rationale, and high-quality interaction design

- Experience designing at scale across interconnected products or services
- High standards for usability, accessibility, and interaction design quality
- Confidence using research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
