  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences
  • Translating user needs and research insights into intuitive and effective design solutions
  • Creating low-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate concepts and interactions
  • Ensuring alignment with design systems and maintaining consistency with established design patterns
  • Presenting ideas, designs, and recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
  • Planning, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research
  • Defining success metrics and using data to inform design decisions
  • Continuously improving design, research, and delivery processes to increase efficiency
  • Mentoring and supporting junior designers, helping them grow and develop
  • Facilitating design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional ceremonies
  • Advocating for best practices and contributing to the evolution of the design system
  • Extensive experience in UX design, including research, prototyping, and implementation
  • Strong expertise in user-centred design principles and methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced skills in information architecture, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Experience conducting and applying both quantitative and qualitative research insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve user outcomes
  • Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, and Design
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design for complex products and services
  • Familiarity with design systems and maintaining consistent UI patterns
