JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Marketing & Web Designer in our Design team, you will play a key role in crafting visually captivating and user-friendly web experiences that showcase our brand and products. This role focuses on designing engaging content for our website, marketing campaigns, and social media presence to drive user engagement, enhance brand visibility, and attract new customers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in web design, including proficiency in modern design tools, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design principles. You should have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and a passion for creating websites and promotional visuals that effectively communicate our brand’s message.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing and website teams to design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets. Additionally, you will ensure all materials align with our brand strategy, deliver a seamless user experience, and continually elevate the quality and performance of our web content.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Design and develop website assets, landing pages, and other digital materials to showcase our products and strengthen brand identity.
  • Create compelling visuals and collateral for web-based marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and digital advertising channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into engaging, user-friendly web designs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across various platforms, devices, and audiences to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all web deliverables and digital touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate the overall quality of design output.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience as a Web Marketing Designer within the SaaS industry (6+ years preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in web design, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing.
